Ready to hit the water? Rent high-quality watersports equipment & boats at our rental base at Lake Neusiedl, in Podersdorf. Whether you’re seeking an active adventure or simply want to relax by the lake, our base has everything you need.
Our rental options include windsurfing and wingsurfing gear, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, sailboats, and pedal boats, making Lake Neusiedl accessible to everyone.
No advance booking is required—simply drop by at our rental base! At check-in, we kindly ask you to deposit a valid ID, which will be returned upon check-out. Please note that the beach entrance fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately.
WINDSURFING EQUIPMENT
At our windsurfing station in Podersdorf am See on Lake Neusiedl, we offer a wide selection of the latest windsurfing equipment from Duotone. Our rental fleet includes boards and sails in many different sizes, suitable for a broad range of wind conditions and skill levels.
Beginners are provided with stable, high-volume boards and lightweight training sails, allowing for an easy and safe introduction to windsurfing.
Advanced and experienced windsurfers can choose from freeride, freestyle, and wave boards, combined with a broad sail range from 3.2 m² to 7.8 m², adapted to different wind conditions.
For children, we offer dedicated junior equipment, including easy-to-handle boards and lightweight rigs. Inflatable i-Rigs are available for the youngest surfers.
Harnesses, wetsuits, and helmets can also be rented if needed.
Our team is happy to assist you in choosing the right equipment based on your skill level and the current conditions.
WINDSURF RENTAL OPTIONS
We offer flexible rental plans, allowing you to rent equipment by the hour, by the day, or for the entire season at our base in Podersdorf am See.
Our Windsurf Season Pass is a practical option for windsurfers who want to use rental equipment throughout the season. From early April to late September, you have unlimited access to our windsurfing equipment during our opening hours.
Depending on wind conditions, suitable equipment is available and already rigged, allowing you to spend more time on the water with minimal waiting.
New: We now offer a Wingsurf Season Pass as well as a Windsurf & Wingsurf Combo Season Pass, combining windsurfing and wingsurfing equipment in one pass.
This option is well suited for riders who want to stay flexible and make use of different wind conditions throughout the season.
Perfect for spontaneous trips or short sessions, hourly rental gives you maximum freedom. Rent the gear by the hour and spend as much time on the water as you like—no need to commit to a specific timeframe in advance.

WINGSURFING EQUIPMENT
Wingsurfing (also known as winging or wingfoiling) is one of the latest trends in watersports, can be practiced in light wind conditions, and offers a unique gliding sensation on the water. At our wing station at Nordstrand in Podersdorf am See on Lake Neusiedl, a wide range of wings, boards, and foils in different sizes from Duotone is available for rental. To rent wings, basic surfing skills or participation in a wingsurfing beginner course are required. For wingfoil equipment rental, you should already feel confident on the foil and be able to ride upwind and maintain height. If you are still unsure on the foil, we recommend joining one of our wingfoil courses first. A boat shuttle service can be booked optionally.
OUR WING STATION
At our wing station, you’ll find suitable equipment for different skill levels – from first steps in wingsurfing to advanced wingfoiling. For both beginners and experienced riders, a large selection of current rental equipment from Duotone is available.
If you are unsure which setup suits you best, our wing instructor Robert Böhm is happy to assist you directly at the station.
For beginners, stable boards with sufficient volume, large foils with high lift, and easy-to-handle wings in various sizes are available. This setup makes first rides and continued practice easier.
Advanced riders and wingfoil experts can choose compact, agile boards and smaller foils for higher speed, controlled gliding, and dynamic carving. Different setups allow adjustments based on wind conditions, riding style, and skill level.
For those who want to avoid transporting and storing their own equipment while maintaining maximum flexibility, our Wingfoil Season Pass is an ideal option.
You have access to a wide range of boards and wings in different sizes, allowing you to adapt to changing wind conditions, skill level, and progression throughout the season without restrictions.
Complete wingfoil equipment is available from early April to early October, enabling you to make the most of every session – whether in light or strong wind conditions.
Ideal for spontaneous sessions or day trips to Lake Neusiedl. Hourly or daily wingsurf rentals offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to rent equipment when conditions suit you best, without committing to a fixed rental period in advance.
Especially practical: wingsurf equipment can be rented not only as a complete set, but also individually. Whether you need only a wing, a foil board, a foil, or just a mast – you get exactly the equipment you need.
SAILBOAT RENTAL
If you already know the basics of sailing and can safely handle a sailboat, you can rent our Ixylon or RS Quest dinghies—sporty sailboats that can accommodate up to four people—and set sail on Lake Neusiedl. Requirements to rent a boat with us: You must have basic dinghy sailing knowledge, present a recognized sailing certificate (Sailing Basic Certificate or BFA-Schein) at the time of rental, be able to handle dinghies in various wind conditions and know how to swim. If you’d like to deepen or refresh your sailing skills, our certified instructors are available for private or group lessons, ensuring you’re fully prepared before venturing out on your own.
STAND-UP-PADDLING (SUP), KAYAKING & PEDAL BOATING
Stand-Up Paddling (SUP) is easy to learn, suitable for all ages, and guarantees fun for the whole family. The only requirement is that you know how to swim, as you might occasionally fall into the water. At our surf and sailing station at Lake Neusiedl, we offer a variety of high-quality SUP boards from Fanatic, perfect for both beginners and experienced paddlers. In addition to SUP, you can also rent kayaks and pedal boats to discover the lake.
